"Who loves children’s books more than I do, well it’s Lisa. She shares her love of books and reading with my students at the Beethoven Elementary School. It’s her kindness that shines through and her willingness to want all children to love reading. Lisa brought books for our students, well over 1,000 books. I’ll never forget the smiles and excitement of the students choosing two books to take home. Our Kindness Projects were such a success with all the support we received from Storytime Crafts."

Books and Baby Formula
Books and Baby Formula is a COVID-19 emergency call to action to support families struggling during these unprecedented times. Storytime Crafts has ramped up its efforts to collect donations of baby formula, diapers, baby wipes and other baby essentials to provide to vulnerable families during the pandemic.

So many BPS families have been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Storytime Crafts prepared gift bags for Boston Public Schools families with baby formula, books and handcrafted hearts donated by "Catching Joy" and hygiene products from "Hope & Comfort".

Longwood Pediatrics in Boston Donates Baby Formula for BPS families - May 26, 2020
Every Friday, volunteer drivers line up along the street at the Red Cross in Boston to safely pick up food, hygiene kits, books and baby formula care packages to deliver to families in need. Every week, volunteers drop off for approximately 550 families from the King, Haynes, Trotter, Burke HS, Frederick, Dever, and McCormack schools.
Storytime Crafts prepared 30 care packages this week with baby formula and books for BPS families with the help of Needham High School student Patrick Tsung.

Boston Community Pediatrics was founded by Dr. Robyn Riseberg (from Wellesley) and opened on November 16, 2020. BCP is a nonprofit pediatric private practice, the first ever in Massachusetts. BCP is bringing equity to pediatric healthcare by providing all families with comprehensive, high-quality care that puts the patient at the forefront of its delivery model.
