"Who loves children’s books more than I do, well it’s Lisa. She shares her love of books and reading with my students at the Beethoven Elementary School. It’s her kindness that shines through and her willingness to want all children to love reading. Lisa brought books for our students, well over 1,000 books. I’ll never forget the smiles and excitement of the students choosing two books to take home. Our Kindness Projects were such a success with all the support we received from Storytime Crafts."

Programs
Read to Succeed is a literacy program to end book deserts by providing diverse books for schools, centers and non-profits so children have access to FREE books and reading opportunities. This literacy-rich program is designed to inspire and spread the joy of reading, inclusive for all children.
Literacy Through Art of the Book
Literacy Through Art of the Book is an initiative to create beautifully crafted story themed chairs for libraries, schools and non-profits to build literacy-rich environments and spread the joy of reading. Storytime Crafts chairs are integrated into public spaces to create an environment where children can explore reading, and also provide a unique space for interactive read-aloud programs.
This unique Storytime Crafts’ initiative matches a sponsor with each Little Free Library placed in a community to promote the joy of reading. Our goal is to increase access to culturally diverse books for readers of all ages and backgrounds and foster neighborhood book exchanges throughout communities where children and families do not have access to books.
With a focus on youth development opportunities, Storytime Crafts aims to provide intentional and productive opportunities for youth to experience the positive power of teamwork and diversity. The goal of our Volunteer Ambassador program is to strengthen and unite our communities by making good in the world. Volunteers can make a tangible change in a person's life, while also giving them hope. Since 2019, Storytime Crafts has been actively working to bring communities closer to our shared vision for social equity, diversity, and growth through meaningful, action-oriented community engagement programs.
More Than Books is an initiative to support underserved communities with resources in addition to books, including bikes, games, puzzles and stuffed animals to put a smile a children's faces. Storytime Crafts collaborates with schools, organizations, community centers and health centers providing additional resources for special school events, after school programs, and summer programs so children can stretch their imagination, and feel comfort, joy, and love.
